Cause Analysis of Turbine Rotor's Shaft Neck Damage and the Repair

An introduction is being presented to rotor neck's damage status of a turbine-generator set as well as to the subsequent repair.Damage causes were analyzed from the aspects of working principle and local oiling system.Surface repairing technologies like brush-plating is briefly introduced,with suggestions for preventing repaired necks from secondary damage proposed.
