| 摘 要： | 加强职业学校的校园文化建设,对于保证职业学校的办学质量,提高从业人员的综合素质,具有十分重要的作用。本文从三个方面对如何搞好职业学校的校园文化建设做了深入的探讨。一是通过校园文化建设对学生进行职业定向教育,培养学生形成正确的职业观和对所学专业的热爱之情;二是通过校园文化建设对学生进行职业道德教育,全面提升学生的职业道德水平;三是通过校园文化建设培养学生的职业能力,为将来的就业打下坚实的基础。
