| Abstract: | In this paper, the design and biological evaluation of fibrates prodrugs including fenofibric acid and benzafibrate ester prdrugs, gernfibrazil mutual prodrug were summarized. In addition, the development of novel fibrates analogues based on PPARs were also reviewed, which provide evidence for the researches of lipid regulating agents. |
