摘    要:采用机械化学方法, 对爆轰法合成的纳米金刚石团聚体进行表面改性, 实现了纳米金刚石在白油体系中的解团聚和稳定分散。采用红外光谱等分析, 对几种聚合物分散剂在纳米金刚石表面的吸附机理进行了研究。利用适当用量的聚合物分散剂进行机械化学改性, 可以得到良好分散的体系。在白油体系中, 分散剂吸附产生的空间位阻作用是纳米金刚石分散稳定的主要机制。

Abstract:Surface modification of nanodiamond aggregates synthesised by detonation was conducted using mechano-chemical methods, achieving the deaggregation and stable dispersion of nanodiamond in the white oil system. The adsorption mechanism of several polymer dispersants on the surface of nanodiamond was investigated by infrared specturm analysis. A well-dispersed system could be obtained by mechano-chemical modification using appropriate dosage of polymer dispersants. In the white system, space steric effect induced by the adsorption of dispersants was the key mechanism of stable dispersion of nanodiamond.
