摘    要:通过对华东地区水工钢闸门喷锌加涂料复合涂层防腐调查,得出各种自然环境条件,钢材的表面处理,涂层的配套、工艺等均与其防腐周期的长短有密切关系。对复合涂层在复涂维修时存在的缺陷进行分析,对低表面处理涂料在复涂维修中的应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:Through investigation of composite coating with zinc spraying and coatings for hydraulic steel gates in East China area, it was found that all kinds of natural environmental conditions, surface treatment of steels, coating matching and technology etc. were closely connected with anticorrosive period. The defect analysis of composite coating during the recoating maintenance was conducted. Tha application prospect of low surface treatment coatings in the recoating maintenance was forecasted.
