摘    要:由于使用年限较长以及注水水质等原因,注水管道普遍存在腐蚀结垢问题,需要定期进行清洗除垢。在对单井注水管道清洗过程中,发现已有洗井流程存在不足,造成施工工作量大、周期长、安全风险高等问题,需要对其进行优化改造。通过改变收发球装置的安装位置,使发球装置的连接位置由地面以下移到地面以上,收球装置连接位置由井口竖直管段下部移为竖直管段上部,减少了管沟开挖与回填等高耗时、高耗力工序。同时,将发球装置连接方式由焊接变为法兰连接,收球装置连接方式由焊接变为丝扣连接,减少了管道动火割焊的费用,降低了高风险作业的难度,缩短了管道清洗周期,增加了油田有效注水时间,提高了施工的安全环保水平。

Abstract:Due to the problem of long service time and the water quality of water injection,the water injection pipelines generally have corrosion and scaling problems,which need to be cleaned and descaled regularly.In the process of cleaning the single-well water injection pipeline,it is found that the existing well washing process had shortcomings,which caused problems such as large construction workload,long construction period,and high safety risk,which need to be optimized and reformed.By changing the installation position of the receiving and launching device,the connecting position of the launching device is changed from below the ground to above the ground,and the connecting position of the receiving device is changed from the lower part of the vertical pipe section of the wellhead to the upper part of the vertical pipe section,which reduces the high time consuming and labor consuming processes of trench excavation and backfilling.At the same time,the connection method of the launching device is changed from welding to flange connection,and the connection method of the receiving device is changed from welding to threaded connection,which reduces the high cost and high risk processes such as hot cutting and welding of pipelines.The process shortens pipeline cleaning cycle,reduces construction cost,increases the effective water injection time of the oilfield,and improves the safety and environmental protection level of construction.
