联合收割机发动机减振控制研究

摘    要:振动和燥声是联合收割机工作时的两大公害,发动机是联合收割机主要振动源,发动机振动的传播直接影响到联合收割机的整机可靠性和使用寿命.根据振动理论进行参数设计和选择减振垫,建立联合收割机发动机系统振动模#型,从而找出有效的减振措施.通过试验,检测发动机振动源对整机工作状态的影响,分析了不同减振垫的减振效果,并验证了理论推断.

Abstract:The combine vibration and noise, which is caused by engine of combine. It's harmful to machine, reducing combine's reliability and life. New mounts were designed and selected due to theory of vibration. Develop a math model of the vibration modes of engine system in order to access a new approach to reducing the vibration in the structure. The effectiveness of the engine isolation system was measured and analyzed, and the conclusion of explores improvements for the engine mounting was verified.
