| 摘 要： | 基于DEFORM平台，提出了两种解决轧制模拟咬入困难的等效工艺，并利用这种等效建模方法，对板料轧制过程中的微观晶向角变化做了初步的分析，为以后进一步深入研究板料轧制的微观机理奠定了良好的基础。
