三肼基均三嗪制备的研究

摘    要:本课题采用一步合成法,以三聚氰氯和80%水合肼为原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,反应得到三肼基均三嗪,符合绿色化学工业的发展方向。同时对影响产品产率的反应物的投料比、反应时间、反应温度等条件进行了探究,最终确定最佳反应条件为n(三聚氰氯)∶n(80%水合肼)=1∶9,反应时间为2 h,反应温度为50℃。

Abstract:The one-step synthesis method is used in this work to obtain 2,4,6-Trihydrazinyl-1,3,5-triazine, with cyanuric chloride and 80 % hydrazine hydrate as raw material, using anhydrous ethanol as solvent. The reaction accords with the development tendency of green chemical industry. At the same time, ratio of reactants, reaction time, reaction temperature and other conditions, which affect product yield ratio, were studied. Finally, the optimum reaction conditions were determined as n (cyanuric chloride) : n(80 % hydrazine)-I : 9, reaction time 2 h, reaction temperature 50℃
