AUTOMATIC AIR- MIXING EQUIPMENT FOR GAS PROTECTION WELDING

This paper introduced an automatic air mixing equipment for gas protection welding at work site, which can control the accurate proportion of airs. This equipment was composed of air pumping, mixing, sign detecting and electrical controlling components. Computer was used to gather and display information about the proportions of air mixing, output pressure, humidity, etc. and give sound and light alarm notice when beyond limitation. This air mixing equipment used air analyzer, proportion valves and computer to form a close loop, which can control and realize its accurate control for air proportion.
