摘    要:传感器温漂对磁悬浮转子的控制精度有很大的影响.磁悬浮转子在运转时有较大的温升.磁悬浮转子的结构设计对其工作温度的高低及其分布有很大影响.本文研究了磁悬浮转子实际工作温度场的不均匀性,对涡流传感器的温度特性进行了实验测试,对传感器的布置形式对磁悬浮转子精度的影响进行了分析.研究了磁悬浮转子结构形式、结构参数、传感器的个数及其测试方式等对磁悬浮转子控制精度的影响程度和变化规律.在上述研究的基础上得出了减少传感器温漂对磁悬浮转子控制精度影响的结构设计原则.

Abstract:The drift of displacement sensor has great influence on the control accuracy of a magnetic suspended spindle. There is considerable temperature rising while a magnetic suspended spindle running. The structural design of a magnetic suspended spindle has great influence on its temperature rising and its temperature distribution. The paper discovered the un-even temperature distribution in a magnetic suspended spindle through a practical experiment on a high rotation speed magnetic suspended milling spindle. The temperature characteristic of eddy-current sensor is analyzed. The arrangement of the sensor in the magnetic suspended spindle system and the influence on the control accuracy caused by sensors temperature drift are also studied. The degree of influence and the law of variation of structural form, structural parameters, number of sensors and sensing patterns on the control accuracy of the magnetic suspended spindle are researched separately. On the base of study above several design principles on how to minimize the influence of sensor drift on the control accuracy of a magnetic suspended spindle are suggested.
