| 摘 要： | 为适应现代大电网对安全生产提出的新要求,2005年国家电网公司以生技2005]400号文下发了《国家电网公司十八项电网重大反事故措施(试行)》(以下简称"十八项反措"),为现阶段如何进一步做好电力通信安全生产工作指明了方向.文章结合江苏电力通信专业情况,就如何贯彻落实好"十八项反措",以及实际工作中的重点、难点问题的处理,谈谈个人对"十八项反措"的理解,以及工作中的感受和体会.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the security requirement of power grid, eighteen anti-accident measures are provided by the State Grid Corporation of China. In this paper, the author mainly discusses his comprehension of these measures and introduces some solutions based on the situation of power communication in Jiangsu province. |
