Abstract: | ![]() "This experiment was designed to test the following hypothesis: conflict generated by increasing the resistance of subordinate members of a group to a solution offered by member in an authority position increases the frequency of high quality solutions. The supplementary hypothesis that mixed-sex composition in interaction with such conflict further enhances the production of high quality solutions was also tested… . The results support the major hypothesis." (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved) |
