一种大电流开关型锂电池充电电路的设计

摘    要:开发了一种超小型便携式超声显像诊断仪,内带大容量锂离子电池,其重量只有几公斤,可以随身携带,对医生出诊或大型农场家畜的检查都非常方便。该仪器采用内部电源即大容量锂电池进行供电。该充电电路可对大容量锂离子电池进行快速充电,充电电流可达4 A。该电路也已应用于超小型便携式超声显像诊断仪的锂离子电池充电。

Abstract:This paper introduces a portable and miniature ultrasound diagnostic instruments,it imbedded with large capacity lithium-ion battery.It has weight of several kilogrammes and can portable.It is very convenient to doctors visiting patient at home or examining domestic animals on farms.It adopts the inner electrical source which is a large capacity lithium-ion battery.The circuit can fastly charge large capacity lithium-ion battery with 4A electric current and has been used to charge lithium-ion battery in portable ultrasound diagnostic instruments.
