李果品种繁多,具有较高的营养价值和经济价值而深受消费者喜爱,但由于其成熟期大多在5~8月高温季节,采后生理活动旺盛,这给鲜食李果贮藏保鲜带来极大困难.因此,探明李果采后生理变化规律与机制,并对其贮藏保鲜技术进行研究与开发是改善李果采后品质和延缓衰老的有效途径.文章从李果采后生理变化及贮藏保鲜技术方面综述了近年来的研究进...

Abstract:
The plum fruits has abundant varieties and its high nutritional and economic value were popular with consumers.However,the ripening period of plum fruits is mostly in the high temperature season from May to August.The physiological activity of postharvest fruit is vigorous,led to great difficulty for storage and fresh-keeping of fresh edible plum fruits.Therefore,research on regularity and mechanism of physiological changes and storage technologies were very important effective ways for maintaining postharvest quality and slowing down ageing process.The research progress on plum fruits postharvest physiological variation and storage technologies in recent years were mentioned,and the feasible research directions were prospected,which may provide a subservient references for storage and production application of plum fruits in the future.
