| Abstract: | The plum fruits has abundant varieties and its high nutritional and economic value were popular with consumers.However,the ripening period of plum fruits is mostly in the high temperature season from May to August.The physiological activity of postharvest fruit is vigorous,led to great difficulty for storage and fresh-keeping of fresh edible plum fruits.Therefore,research on regularity and mechanism of physiological changes and storage technologies were very important effective ways for maintaining postharvest quality and slowing down ageing process.The research progress on plum fruits postharvest physiological variation and storage technologies in recent years were mentioned,and the feasible research directions were prospected,which may provide a subservient references for storage and production application of plum fruits in the future. |
