分散剂对复合镀中氧化铝纳米粉分散性能的影响

摘    要:为了使纳米颗粒均匀地悬浮在镀液中从而获得纳米颗粒均匀分布的复合镀层,纳米颗粒的分散问题就显得格外重要。研究了小分子表面活性剂、聚合物表面活性剂对复合镀液中纳米氧化铝的分散性能及复合镀层中纳米氧化铝复合量的影响。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析等技术研究了化学镀(Ni—P)-Al2O3复合镀层的表面形貌。结果表明:阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与阿拉伯树胶的协同作用对纳米氧化铝的分散效果最好,复合镀层中的纳米氧化铝含量较高。

Abstract:In order to make evenly suspended in the bath to obtain uniform distribution of nano-particles composite coatings,nano-particle dispersion is particularly important question.The effects of small molecule dispersants and compounds on the dispersion of nano-alumina in the electrolyte and its deposition content in nano-alumina composite coatings were investigated.Ni-P-Al2O3 composite coating was studied by scanning electron microscopy,spectroscopy analysis technique in order to study the surface of appearance....
