加热炉脉冲燃烧与比例燃烧的测试分析

摘    要:通过对某钢铁厂3#加热炉在脉冲燃烧与比例燃烧工况下进行测试、分析和比较,得出脉冲燃烧的优点在于:钢坯氧化烧损率低,炉内区域温度均匀性好,NOx生成量少。本测试中没有体现脉冲燃烧比比例燃烧节能高效。

Abstract:Based on the test, analysis and comparison between pulse combustion and proportion combustion of 3# heating furnace in an iron and steel plant, the merits of pulse combustion are concluded as followings: lower oxidization ration of billet, better regional temperature uniformity inside furnace and fewer NO production. However, it is not reflected that pulse combustion is more energy-saving and more efficient than proportion combustion.
