膨胀干燥机加热夹套开裂原因分析

摘    要:膨胀干燥机加热夹套在实际使用中经常发生开裂事故,为了保证其正常运行,对加热夹套的开裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:加热夹套开裂的主要原因是316L奥氏体不锈钢不耐氯化物腐蚀,焊缝有一定的缺陷和腐蚀介质存在,属于一种典型的应力腐蚀失效形式.并探讨了防止其开裂的方法.

Abstract:Cracking often takes place in heating jacket of extruder-dryer. The failure analysis of the heating jacket indicates that the austenitic stainless steel 316L is susceptible to stress corrosion cracking under the combined action of chloride environment and residual stresses induced by welding. An attempt to find an alternative material with better resistance to stress corrosion cracking was also discussed.
