| 摘 要： | 研究了钛硅复合氧化物催化剂在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)2 L聚合釜和10 kt/a间歇式生产装置上的应用,并与乙二醇锑催化剂应用结果进行了对比.结果表明:在2L聚合釜上,钛硅氧化物催化剂显示出好的催化活性,终缩聚时间比锑催化剂缩短了20 min,但在10 kt/a生产装置上,终缩聚时间比锑催化剂延长了60 min;...

| Abstract: | The application of TiO_2/SiO_2 catalyst was investigated in a 2 L polyethylene terephthalate(PET) polymerization unit and a 10 kt/a batch production plant and was compared with the application of ethylene glycol antimony catalyst.The results showed that the TiO_2/SiO_2 catalyst exhibited favorable catalytic activity and decreased the final polycondensation time by 20 min in 2 L polymerization unit,but prolonged the final polycondensation time by 60 min in 10 kt/a production plant as compared with antimony c... |
