摘    要:在分析换热网络优化的热力学方法和数学规划法基础上,针对热图法在优化过程中不考虑物性变化的缺陷,对其进行了改进,提出了优化换热网络的变物性热图法.该方法通过热焓图上变物性流股的标绘后,以直接切割图形来实现换热的匹配,在保证优化效率的前提下,提高了换热网络的优化精度.采用此方法对炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置换热网络进行优化,得到了较好的结果.

Abstract:The thermal chart method is presented for the optimization of heat exchange train based on analysis of mathematic program and thermal dynamic for optimization of the heat exchange train. Thermal chart method is improved to consider the variation of flow properties with temperature. After the flow is drawn on the temperature-enthalpy graph, the heat transfer matching is carried out by incision of the chart. The application of this method has improved the optimization speed and precision. It has been successfully used in the heat exchange train optimization of an atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit of a refinery and good results have been achieved.
