基于现场总线技术的数控机床通信系统设计

摘    要:PROFIBUS是目前应用广泛的现场总线之一,不同自动化设备可通过同样的接口协议进行信息交换。相对于西门子PROFIBUS现场总线的广泛应用而言,国内市场占有率较高的FANUC数控系统的PROFIBUS应用很少。在某学院智能工厂项目开发过程中,数控机床统一配置了FANUC 0i D数控系统并扩展了PROFIBUS DP板,通过修改PMC梯形图程序与参数,与西门子PLC组成现场总线网络,实现了控制指令、运行状态、报警信息等的实时通信,为制造执行系统数据采集提供了可靠、便捷的手段。

Abstract:PROFIBUS is one of the widely used fieldbus in the world, and different automation equipments can exchange information through same interface protocol. Compared with the extensive application of PROFIBUS in Siemens, the application in FANUC CNC is seldom reported. During the development of an intelligent plant, machine configured with FANUC 0i D by extending PROFIBUS DP board was suggested. Based on the PROFIBUS communication network, bidirectional transmission between Siemens PLC and FANUC CNC was realized. Acquisition data for manufacturing executing system can be easily achieved as well.
