摘    要:以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚为原料合成了可用作阻燃剂的化合物4,4',6,6'-四叔丁基-2,2'-二苯基]酸式磷酸酯二乙胺(DTBBP),用元素含量分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱等方法表征了产物的结构,并进行了其热性能测试。用极限氧指数的测试、水平燃烧试验及垂直燃烧试验等方法测试了其阻燃性,并用DSC-TG谱图进行了说明。结果表明DTBBP有一定的阻燃效果。

Abstract:4,4',6,6'-Tetra-tert-butyl(-2,2'-biphenyl)hydroxyl] phosphate diethylamine(DTBBP),a compound that can be used as phosphorous-nitrogen flame retardant,was synthesized from 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol and characterized by means of element content analysis,IR,1H NMR,LC-MS,and so on.The DSC and TG spectra of DTBBP was also determined.The flame retardancy was tested by means the LOI,and horizontal and vertical burning test.The results were explained by the DSC-TG spectra.It was indicated that DTBBP has flame retardancy in a certain extent.
