汽车燃油分配管加速振动试验研究

摘    要:应用Miner线性累积损伤理论,对汽车燃油分配管加速振动试验进行分析和试验。以试件上应力薄弱部位的响应幅度变化作为控制点,当振动幅度变化为稳态振幅的85%.90%时,作为判定试件振动疲劳寿命的依据,从而确定试件的寿命与载荷强度的关系。通过对某型东风轻卡汽车燃油分配管实例的试验研究,获得加速试验的强化系数K。试验表明,所施加的载荷幅值,完全符合由累积损伤理论给出的加速振动试验公式。该强化系数K的获得,对指导燃油分配管规范试验,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Analysis and experiment for accelerating vibration test of car fuel assembly are carried out on base of Miner's linear accumulated fatigue damage theory. Vibration magnitude variation at a stress sensible position of the article is used to determine the fatigue lift as when the vibration magnitude decreases to 85 to 90 percent of the normal value. The strengthen factor K has been obtained through systematical experiments on fuel assembly of a Dong-Fen light car. Experimental results show that the loading amplitude meets the regulation ruled by accumulated fatigue damage theory of accelerating vibration. The obtained strengthen factor K has a reference value.
