| 摘 要： | 针对铸件壁薄且动、定模包紧力相近,模具采用四斜滑块组合凹模,薄板成形推杆推件和摆钩锁住推出机构,解决了铸件脱模困难问题。4个斜滑块由销轴与链接板滑动铰接在一起。脱模时,机床推杆通过推板和连接板推动4个斜滑块和成形推杆前移,斜滑块沿斜导轨张开抽芯的同时,推件块将铸件推离动模型芯。 |
