| 摘 要： | 采用核磁共振技术对烷基糖苷（APG）的结构进行了表征，依据1H、13C谱积分值计算了APG的低聚度（DP值），用13C谱积分方法求出了糖苷α-和β-之比，并对二步法合成APG中残留丁苷进行了定量测定。

| Abstract: | The structure of APG was investigated by nuclear magetic resonance(NMR). The DP value of APG was caculated by 1H NMR and 13C NMR integral method. The ratio of APG - α - and APG - β -could be got by integral method of 13C NMR. The residue amount of the butyl glucoside in APG that was made by two - stage method could be determined by 13C NMR. |
