摘    要:本文详细地论述了人乳中存在的低聚糖(包括游离低聚糖及糖基结合体)的种类、组成、结构以及低聚糖的生理意义。同时.系统地阐述了乳基婴儿配方食品中低聚糖的来源、组成及种类,以及低聚糖作为婴儿食品组成的必要性。最后,对一些将来有可能用于婴儿配方食品的低聚糖及特性简要地进行了论述。

Abstract:This paper exhaustively reviewed the types.composition, structure and physiological significance of human milk oligosaccharides,including free oligosaccharides and glycocojuates.At the same time.the occurrence,compostion and necessity of oligosaccharides in infant formulas were also elaborated.Finally,the potential candidate oligosaccharides and their properties for infant formula supplemetation were briefly set forth.
