盾构施工盾尾注浆硬化过程数值分析研究

摘    要:简要介绍了盾尾注浆的目的及类型.在假定其他参数已知的条件下,通过实例,用有限元程序GTS模拟考虑盾尾注浆硬化过程和未考虑硬化过程两种盾构施工情况.研究结果表明:盾构施工过程中,受浆液长期固结影响,地表会产生进一步的沉降.充分考虑浆体硬化作用,利用监控压注浆液的硬化情况控制后期沉降是一种有效的地层沉降控制手段.

Abstract:It introduced the purpose and the type of the shield grouting briefly.On the assumption that other parameters are identical,through the example,it used finite element program GTS to simulate the situations considering or not considering hardening process on shield grouting.The main results are as follows:with the advancing of the shield tunneling,because of long-term consolidation effect by grouting,the surface will produce further settlement.With the effect of grout hardening fully considered,sclerosis is monitored to control further settlement,which is an effective means of controlling strata settlement.
