级联H桥注入多电平变换器门级触发单元的设计

摘    要:设计了一种应用于高压大功率的级联H桥电压注入电压源型多电平变换器拓扑结构的门级触发单元,分析了开关模式选择、电网同步、沿状态判断等在实现中需要注意的关键问题,并以在静止同步补偿器中的应用为背景做了仿真研究,结果证明了基于注入式多电平变换器的门级设计具有较好的稳态和动态响应特性。

Abstract:A gate fire unit for voltage reinjection multilevel VSC converter with cascaded H bridges,which operates under the condition of high voltage and high capacity,is designed.During the design of fire unit,a lot of key problems to be paid attention to in practice,such as switching pattern selection,how to synchronize with power grid,edge state judgment and so on,are analyzed in detail,and the simulation that takes the application of the designed gate trigger unit in STATCOM as background is performed.Simulation...
