某微型电动车车架结构的拓扑优化设计

摘    要:为了提高某微型电动车车架的力学性能并减轻质量,将拓扑优化理论引入车架结构的优化设计。考虑了多种行驶工况的冲击载荷对车架的破坏作用,给出多工况条件下拓扑优化结果,建立满足各总成的布置和实际行驶要求的新设计结构,基于有限元法通过ANSYS软件对新设计车架的结构参数进行了优化设计。理论分析和车架的实际应用情况表明,该车架设计合理,说明该优化设计方法进行车架结构设计的有效性和可行性,为结构优化设计提供一种思路。

Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical properties of a mini-electric vehicle frame and lose weight, the topological optimization the- ory was introduced into the optimization of frame structure design. A variety of damage actions in driving condition of impacting load on the frame were considered, and the topology optimization in more operating conditions was given. A new design structure was built, which could satisfy the demands of arrangement in various assemblies and the actual driving mode. The optimization design for structural parameters was carried out basing on the finite element method (FEM) by ANSYS software. Practical application showed that the theoretical analysis and the frame design were reasonable. It sbows the optimization design method is feasibility and effectiveness fnr the frame structure design, which pro- vides an idea for the structure optimization design.
