摘    要:采用PDIUSBD12接口芯片实现USB通讯,利用单片机ATmega128的外部中断实现对光栅尺信号的检测,位移检测精度为0.5um。阐述了板卡的硬件电路以及系统软件处理程序的设计方法,该板卡能够适用于自动控制、检测等各个领域。

Abstract:A count card for optical grating ruler is designed in this paper, in which the interface chip PDIUSBD12 is adopted for USB communication, and the detection of signals from optical grating ruler is realized based on the external interrupt signals of microchip ATmega128. The measuring accuracy of displacement can reach 0.5~tm. The circuit hardware and system software process are given too This count card can be applied to automatic control, detection and other fields .
