摘    要:设计了2种以HMX为主炸药的挤注炸药(ECX)配方,采用25 mm和50 mm 2种装药直径的圆筒试验分别对添加含能增塑剂和惰性增塑剂的2种ECX进行做功能力研究,通过DYNA/2D有限元流体动力学数值模拟,确定了2种ECX爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数.结果表明,采用含能增塑剂是提高ECX炸药做功能力的有效方法.

Abstract:Two kinds of extrusion-cast explosive(ECX) with the main explosive HMX were designed.Cylinder expansion experiments of explosives with diameter 25 mm and 50 mm were used to identify the power of ECX with energetic and inert plasticizer.By using nonlinear FEM hydrodynamic program DYNA2D,the numerical simulations for cylinder experiments were proceeded.According to the results,parameters of JWL equation of state(EOS) for ECX were calculated and corrected.Results show that the power for ECX with energetic plasticizer is much higher than that with inert plasticizer.
