| 摘 要： | 对染色工艺及溢流染色机的工作原理进行了分析，采用西门子公司S7-200 PLC及Profibus-DP现场总线构成了溢流染色机控制系统．并详细阐述了系统的设计方案、PIE的软硬件设计。将分散于现场的PLC和位于控制中心的中控机有机结合、协调控制，实现了对染色过程的全面自动控制，大大提高了染色质量与染色设备的自动化、连续化、智能化水平，降低了生产成本，增强了企业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The dyeing technique and operational principle of spilled dyeing machine are analyzed. The control system is built by using SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and Profibus-DP fieldbus. The strategy of system design, both the hardware and software design of PLC are expounded in detail. The PLCs distributed on site and host computer located in control center are combined and coordinated organically to implement fully automatic control for the dyeing process. The dyeing quality, level of automation, intelligentization, and continuity are increased, while the cost of production is reduced. Thus the competition capability of the enterprise is improved. |
