| 摘 要： | 以华亭县西华镇刘磨村为例，对城中村的概念、特征、类型及其形成的根本原因作了简单的介绍，着重介绍了刘磨村在以后的建设中遇到的问题和难点，并就这些难点问题提出了规划对策，以供其他城中村改造参考。 |
