摘    要:综合利用防腐蚀保温层破损点定位、防腐蚀保温层性能检测评价及管壁剩余厚度检测评价等埋地管道不开挖腐蚀检测技术和X射线衍射分析及扫描电镜能谱分析等腐蚀产物分析技术,对中国石油化工股份有限公司胜利油田分公司临盘采油厂一矿12队盘7站——盘7-1站1.058km混输管道进行了不开挖腐蚀检测及管道腐蚀原因分析。通过检测与分析,确定了被检管道因腐蚀而需更换、维修及重点监控与维护的具体部位,并确定了管道腐蚀原因,为被检管道的更换、维修及防腐蚀提供了科学依据,对保障管道安全运行具有重要意义。
