某羟硅铍石矿中浮选富集含铍矿物的试验研究

摘    要:新疆某羟硅铍石矿BeO品位0.47%,脉石矿物主要是石英、长石、云母等硅酸盐类矿物。为回收利用其中的铍矿物,采用浮选的方法对其进行试验研究。最终在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占90%,调整剂氟化钠用量400 g/t、碳酸钠用量1 500 g/t、硫化钠用量2 000 g/t、六偏磷酸钠用量50 g/t,捕收剂油酸900 g/t+GYB 100 g/t的条件下,进行了一次粗选、一次扫选、四次精选的闭路浮选试验,可获得BeO品位8.31%、回收率84.56%的铍精矿。该羟硅铍石的浮选富集程度较好,可为同类型矿石的开发提供依据。

Abstract:A bertrsandite ore from Xinjiang with BeO grade of 0.47%, in which silicate minerals like quartz, feldspar and mica were the dominant gangue minerals, was processed by flotation to recover berryllium minerals therein. A closed-circuit flotation process consisting of one stage of roughing, one stage of scavenging and four stages of cleaning was performed with the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 90%, dosage for regulator sodium fluoride, sodium carbonate, sodium sulfide and sodium hexametaphosphate at 400 g/t, 1 500 g/t, 2 000 g/t and 50 g/t, respectively, dosage for collector oleate acid and GYB at 900 g/t and 100 g/t, respectively, resulting in a berryllium concentrate with BeO grade of 8.31% at 84.56% recovery. It is shown that a good enrichment effect of bertrsandite ore is attained by flotation, which can provide reference for beneficiation of similar ores.
