深海采矿系统软管段输送阻力损失研究

摘    要:基于深海采矿软管输送模拟试验系统, 分析了不同混合物流速、不同颗粒粒径、不同颗粒体积浓度、不同软管形态条件下软管阻力损失变化特征, 为深海采矿系统软管设计提供参考。结果表明, 水力坡度随物料体积浓度增大而增大, 随粗颗粒粒径增加而呈下降趋势, 随软管弯曲度增大而增加。复杂形态软管中粗颗粒输送水力坡度变化与水平管道、垂直管道和倾斜管道具有一定的相似性, 对比分析了倾斜直管和软管的水力坡度, 拟合了复杂形态软管输送的水力坡度计算公式, 误差范围控制在1.6%以内。

Abstract:Based on a simulated transport test system with a flexible hose for deep-sea mining, variations in the resistance loss of the transported slurry with different particle size, different particle volume concentration, or flowing at different velocity in the flexible hose of different configuration, respectively, were analyzed. It is found that the hydraulic gradient increased with an increase in the volume concentration of material, but was on the decline with the increasing of coarse particle size. It also increased as the curvature of the flexible hose increased. Variation in the hydraulic gradient for the coarse particles transported in a flexible hose of complex configuration showed certain similarity to the transport in horizontal, vertical and inclined pipeline. Based on the comparison and analysis of the hydraulic gradient in an inclined straight pipe and flexible hose, a computational equation for hydraulic gradient for the transport in a flexible hose of complex configuration was fitted, indicating an average error within 1.6%.
