摘    要:为确保安徽省含山县某道路开挖爆破作业安全,制定了毫秒微差控制爆破方案,设计了合理的爆破参数,开展了爆破振动和爆破飞石对民房的安全影响分析。现场爆破振动监测表明,爆区周边民房等处的爆破振动速度小于相应的安全允许振动速度,爆破飞石可以控制在安全范围内。在上述分析的基础上,进一步分析认为采用微差逐孔起爆技术,选取合适的微差时间;合理设计单体爆破自由面方向;采用低爆速炸药、不耦合装药方式;确保炮孔堵塞长度和堵塞质量等措施有助于确保爆破安全施工,对于类似道路开挖爆破作业有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to ensure the blasting operation safety during the period of excavation construction of a road in Hanshan County in Anhui Province,the milliseconds differential control blasting scheme is designed,the reasonable blasting parameters is calculated,and the influence of blasting vibration and blasting slungshot to buildings is discussed.The field blasting vibration monitoring results show that the blasting vibration velocity of the buildings around the blasting area distributed is lower than the corresponding safety allowed vibration velocity,the blasting slungshot can be controlled within the safety scope.Based on the above study results,the further discussion results show that the goal of blasting safety can be realized by taking the effective measures of adopting differential hole-by-hole blasting technique and select the reasonable differential time,design the direction of monomer blasting free surface effectively,using the explosive with low detonation velocity and uncoupled charging mode,ensure the hole plugging length and quality.The above blasting scheme designed in this paper and some relative blasting safety measures can provide some reliable reference for the similar road excavation blasting operation.
