摘    要:
为了研究制粒工艺对无压烧结金刚石工具胎体的性能的影响,实验将不同含量的制粒剂加入到合金粉末中通过无压烧结制备金刚石工具胎体试样块,研究了不同制粒剂含量对胎体力学性能的影响。结果表明:在烧结温度为875℃、保温时间为60min的无压烧结工艺下,添加不同含量的制粒剂对胎体的烧结力学性能有着重要的影响。随着制粒剂含量增加,胎体的力学性能都是逐渐下降的。

Influence of Granulating Agent on the Properties of Pressureless Sintering Diamond Tool Matrix

Abstract:
In order to study the influence of granulating agent on the properties of pres-sureless sintering diamond tool matrix,different content of granulating agent is added in-to the alloy powder to prepare diamond tool matrix test-piece through pressureless sinte-ring method.Through this experiment,the influence of different content of granulating agent on the properties of pressureless sintering diamond tool matrix has been interpre-ted.The result shows that under the pressureless sintering process with a sintering tem-perature of 875℃and a holding time of 60min,different content of granulating agent has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of the tool matrix.As the content in-creases,the mechanical properties decline gradually.
