基于路径识别的高速公路ETC技术研究

摘    要:针对当前高速公路联网收费中的路径识别问题,提出在现有电子不停车收费系统(electronic toll collection,ETC)所使用的OBU上加入移动通信模块,形成复合车载终端(composite on-board unit,C-OBU),利用路径识别技术(location based service,LBS),整合路径识别功能,实现电子不停车收费与路径识别功能相融合的方案。详细阐述该方案的系统功能设计、硬件设计和软件设计,并通过相关测试验证。结论:该方案既可以满足传统收费方式,又能有效地解决高速公路收费多路径问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the current path identification problems on toll of expressway network, a new scheme is proposed. The mobile communication module is added on the OBU of existing ETC, making use of LBS, integrate path recognition function, then the integration of electronic no parking charge and path identification has come true. The design of the scheme's system function, hardware and software have been introduced in detail. Relative test shows that it can adapt conditional charge. At the same time, it solves the multiple path problem.
