摘    要:对现有生产工艺进行数据分析后发现,影响LF精炼炉电耗的因素较多,涉及生产过程各环节,通过优化生产工艺,以控制LF精炼炉精炼时间为中心、提高拉坯速度和精炼初始温度、缩短等待时间等,从而降低80吨LF精炼炉电耗.

Abstract:According to the analysis of existing production processes,we found that there are many factors of affecting on the power consumption of LF refining furnace,involved in various aspects of the production process,by optimizing the production process to control the refining time of LF refining furnace as center,improve the casting speed and initial temperature of refining,shorten the waiting time,thus reduce the power consumption of 80t LF refining furnace.
