| Abstract: | Thin-film polycrystalline heterostructures based on AIIBVI compounds were prepared, and related highly effective surface-barrier phototransducers of the p-Cu1.8S/n-AIIBVI/n-AIIBVI type (with a quantum efficiency of ∼0.9) were obtained. The heterostructures are promising materials for the creation of
solar cells and UV photodetectors insensitive to the visible light. |
