炼钢铁水硅含量的确定

摘    要:铁水中的硅在转炉里氧化,产生大量的热,但大部分热量被石灰所吸收,只有小部分的热用于加热金属。随着铁水预处理和炉外精炼技术的发展,转炉吹炼操作的重点是脱磷。脱磷量与渣量有对应关系。根据脱磷量计算出所需的渣量,结合石灰条件,计算出铁水所需的含硅量。

Abstract:Oxidation of in the converter can generate large volume of heat,of which most will be absorbed by the lime and only a small portion can be used for reheating the metal.With the development of the hot metal pretreatment and the secondary refining technology the key function of the converfer is shifted to the dephosphorization.Since the extent of dephosphorization is closely related to the slag volume the Si content requred in the hot metal can be calculated according to the calculated volume of slag necessary for hot metal dephosphorization purpose.
