摘    要:信息物理系统(CPS)是新型技术和传统的自动化控制系统相结合的产物,是使企业生产更为智能化的关键技术,在工业制造领域发挥着重要的作用,CPS不仅能够提高生产效率,降低企业的生产成本,还能减少质量事故的发生。本文就针对信息物理系统的基本架构,在嵌入式系统的基础上进行研究,主要讲述在工业控制方面CPS的架构体系和关键技术,CPS可以解决的问题,以及对一些实际应用案例的分析。我国应该重视CPS在工业领域的发展与应用,促进工业智能化的发展。

Abstract:Information Physics System (CPS) is a combination of new technology and traditional automation control system. It is a key technology to make enterprise production more intelligent and plays an important role in the field of industrial manufacturing. CPS can not only improve production efficiency, reduce production costs of enterprises, but also reduce the occurrence of quality accidents. In this paper, the basic architecture of information physics system is studied on the basis of embedded system. The architecture and key technologies of CPS in industrial control, the problems that CPS can solve, and the analysis of some practical application cases are mainly described. China should attach importance to the development and application of CPS in the industrial field and promote the development of industrial intelligence.
