摘    要:新能源汽车产业飞速发展,新能源变速器作为核心零部件,产品种类丰富且迭代更新快,传统制造模式不适用于这类小批量多品种的生产。运用数字化工具和智能装备,进行数字化工艺、模拟仿真、生产监控和智能换型切换,最终满足柔性化、数字化、自动化的生产,实现新能源变速器的智能制造。

Abstract:With rapid development of new energy automobile,E-drive transmission has many types of products,which is key component of new energy automobile.Traditional Manufacturing isn’t available for this kind of small batch and diversity product.Based on digital software and intelligent equipment,to realize digital process,plant simulation,manufacturing execution and intelligent changing fixtures.Flexibility,digital and automation are key points for intelligent manufacturing of E-drive transmission.
