摘    要:全面地综述了人工神经网络在“烧结-炼铁-炼钢(铁水预处理、转炉、电炉)-炉外精炼(LF精炼、RH精炼)”整个钢铁冶炼工艺过程的各生产环节中的终点成分和温度预报方面的开发应用工作。还简单讨论了人工神经网络与回归模型和专家系统的特性。人工神经网络技术在冶金过程终点预报应用方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Application of artificial neuralnetwork inend-point composition and temperature prediction for the whole ferrous metallurgy process include sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking (hot metal pretreatment, converter, electric arc furnace), secondary refining (Ladle furnace refining and RH refining) are summarized. The features of artificial neural network, regression model and expert system are discussed simply. There is the better application prospect for the application of artificial neural network in end-point prediction for the whole ferrous metallurgy process.
