摘    要:塔深1井设计井深8000 m,且所钻油藏岩性复杂,为确保该井顺利完钻,决定在?311.15 mm井眼下入?273.05 mm套管,为钻遇不可预见的复杂情况预留井径。刚度大、间隙小、重量大是该套管串下入的难点。通过优化设计钻井施工方案,优选钻具组合,使用随钻监测工具以及应用各种安全防护措施,保证了井眼畅通,减小了套管串在下入过程中的遇阻力,增加了设备安全系数,最终将该层套管安全顺利下送到位,实现了通过下非常规套管技术增加一级井身结构的设计,为后续深部地层可能钻遇的复杂情况预留了调整空间,为安全顺利地完井奠定了坚实的基础。该技术的成功应用也为其他超深井增加井身结构的级别提供了经验。

Abstract:TS1 well designed deepth is 8000m.It is complicated the formation of oil reservir rock.In order to complete successfully,Running in ?311.15 mm hole with ?273.05 mm casing is take room for unforecasting complication procedure drilling hole in TS1 well.It is difficulty running hole with high stiff and small room and great weight casing.It is a good drilling technology plan in order to decrease prevention strength and make hole not forbidding procedure running in hole with casing through choosing drilling tool assemble,checking and controlling drilling quality and controlling drill attending amount and mud character and ability for make hole wall stability,and trimming hole basis on wireline logging and making safely provision method during the procedure of running in hole with casing.It achieve a contrivance of crease a grade hole diameter through unorthodox casing and take room and make foundation for unforecasting complication procedure drilling hole lately.It make a invaluable experience for other extremly deep well in order to crease hole diameter grade.
