摘    要:介绍了高阳铁矿在解决复杂富水矿床高效低成本开采技术难题时,采用多层位矿体盘区一体化分层回采胶结充填采矿法、高黏性细粒尾矿胶结充填、局部帷幕注浆封堵、岩层变形破坏监测及地压监测、大位移定向钻孔和注浆封堵井下突水等技术,将监探测方法、治水技术与矿体回采进行了系统的整合,提高了资源回收率,有效地控制顶板岩层移动,避免了地下采矿造成的地表塌陷和安全隐患,实现了矿体的安全高效开采。

Abstract:The technical problems of the Gaoyang iron mine to solve complex water-rich deposits efficient low-cost mining were introduced.Technology of multilayer bit orebody disc area integration tiered mining cemented filling mining method,high viscous fine grain tailings cemented filling,local curtain note pulp seal locking,rock deformation damage monitoring and the pressure monitoring,and large displacement directed drilling and grout sealing of underground water were adopted.Monitoring and detection methods,water technology and the ore body extraction system were integrated.It improves the recovery of resources,effectively control the roof strata movement,to avoid surface subsidence caused by underground mining and safety risks.Finally,it achieves mine orebody recovery the body of the safe and efficient mining.
