摘    要:以某隧道工程为背景,采用HostLink通信协议,把工控机和PLC及远程I/O模块相连接,设计了小型盾构掘进机监控系统。该系统可采集盾构掘进机掘进时的各种数据并发出各种控制指令,完成工程施工时的实时监控显示,以及动画模拟等一系列功能。经现场实际运行,该系统稳定可靠,提高了盾构掘进机施工时的自动化水平和工作效率。

Monitoring System Design of Small Tunnel Boring Machine Based on HostLink Communication Protocol
Abstract:Takes one tunneling project as an example,monitor system uses HostLink communication protocol to connect industrial personal computer PLC and I/O module.The small tunnel boring machine is designed.This system can collect every data during tunnel boring machine tunneling and send every control instructs,accomplish the functions of actual monitor and animation simulation.The on site operation shows that this system operates stable and improves the automation level and working efficiency during construction of tunnel boring machine.
