| 摘 要： | 某大学一·二九大楼是上海市优秀历史保护建筑,为更好地保护该建筑,对该建筑进行了房屋结构复测、房屋损伤状况检测、结构耐久性检测、主要材料强度检测和房屋倾斜及不均匀沉降测量,并分析了建筑结构的安全性和抗震性能,找出了结构中存在的缺陷,并提出了合理的加固措施。

| Abstract: | 12.9 Building of Tongji University is an excellent historical relic building in Shanghai. To give better protection to the building, many inspections and tests are carried out, such as repetition measurement of building structure, detection of building damage, structural durability inspection, strength inspection of main materials and measurement of building gradient and building structure are analyzed to find out structural differential settlement, etc. Safety and seismic resistance of defects and propose reasonable reinforcement measures. |
