| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the process and main content of career life planning,and its significance in employment guidance in universities.After analyzing the problems in employment guidance in universities and the present job-hunting situation,it proposes to establish a long-lasting mechanism for career life planning guid- ance,with the purpose to fully display the functions of the career life planning in employment guidance in uni- versities. |
